We accept returns within seven days from the date of you receiving the order, accompanied by a receipt and in resalable condition. Personalized items or Items resourced specially for you cannot be returned.
For Electronics, we have 7 days guaranteed return or you can choose to extend the warranty for a paid amount set on the order page.

Yes. If you’ve placed your order with the Bookstore by email we will process it during our regular business orders and email you to confirm when it is ready for pick up. The online store also has an option for pick up orders that you can choose instead of shipping. You will receive an email when your order is ready.
