We stock around 10,000 titles but because we work on perfecting every aspect, we work a little bit slowly. For books not on the website, please, contact us and we will advise the availability of the book. If it is not available and we can get it, we will advise our customers of the choices they have.

We assure our valuable customers that their order is protected with our service: if you receive it damaged, we will replace it with faster delivery service to not keep the customer waiting. We are not like other stores/websites that abandon their customers in such situations…we are always on the same side of our customers…NO DOUBT in that

We use the most reliable delivery couriers in our business starting with but not limited to DHL, UPS, DPD, HERMES, PARCELFORCE, UK MAIL, …etc

Rest assured our customers, we mostly use Paypal in our invoicing and as it is well-known that Paypal keeps the right to hold the Order money if there is a dispute and this will keep the customers and us on the safe side of the business

Yes and this is made with your own convenience in mind. By creating (or using) an account during the purchasing process you will have 3 things made so much easier for yourself:

Also, there is a points system which is a kind of discount: placing orders will lead to accumulating points in the account which can be redeemed for money credit to be used in buying books or items from us

Yes, we do delivery worldwide as long as there is courier service offered on the internet, then we will be able to dispatch our titles and items to that place, Wal Hamdullahi Rab Al Al’ameen   والحمد لله رب العالمين 

We have added Request a quote to allow our customers to do the Sunnah of Negotiation: The negotiation is conditional, meaning, that the offer request has to have at least ten titles/items or more

You get Khair of this life and the hereafter: الدال على الخير كفاعله. This is first, and the second is getting a code that will entitle you for a discount

In the account page, go to orders and on that tap, you will find orders with a button to request an exchange or return. Some items are marked as Not Refundable like CD’s as they will be having scratches as soon as they are open and used. 

That button will let you request a full return or partial return. Also, the customer will be able to upload photos for the damage or fault issues. As soon as the request for return gets approved the refund will be automatically issued to the same payment gateway used when purchasing.

Also, we can offer discounts or coupons for our customers who would like to keep the faulty items/books

We are offering wholesale discounts for bookshops. The customer is prompted to register as personal or business. If a business account is set up, some required information and proofs will be requested

Yes, we do sell on Amazon and some other markets like eBay, Twitter, Facebook, and other Market places.  All you need to do is to find us and it is easy as we use or registered as our official company title (SAFINAT-UL-NAJAT ltd)

  1. Retail Customers:
    The best way to place orders is through the SAFINAT-UL-NAJA website. It is the fastest and most convenient method. Another option is to send your order to SAFINAT-UL-NAJAT by WhatsApp | Viber | Telegram, mail or email. You can do this by using the website to add the items you want to purchase to your online shopping cart. After filling your cart, do not check out. Instead, print the “View Cart” page. Include this page along with your shipping address, phone number and email address. Orders that are not placed through the website will not be processed until payment is received through one of the accepted payment methods. Retail orders are Welcomed over the phone.
  2. Schools, Masjid and Wholesale Customers:
    Schools and wholesale customers may use the same two options available to retail customers. Again, we recommend ordering online for convenience and expedient processing. In addition, schools, Masjid and wholesale customers also have the option of ordering by phone. 

Use the website to add the items you want to purchase to your online shopping cart. After filling your cart, do not check out. Instead, choose the “estimate shipping” option to display your total cost. Then print the “View Cart” page. Mail the following items:

  1. Your printed shopping cart page
  2. Your name, address, email and telephone number
  3. The check or money order (made out to BAKIR TUBAINAH) with the final amount (including shipping).

Orders will be shipped after payment is received. For money orders, items will be shipped one business day after payment is received. For payments by check, items will be shipped up to ten business days after the order is received. If you choose to pay using an e-check through PayPal, PayPal typically takes five business days to release the payment.

No. The address listed on our website is strictly forbidden from allowing customers in for the customer’s safety. Retail orders can be placed on the website only. Schools and wholesale orders are also accepted by phone or fax.

A sales receipt will be emailed to you and another email will be sent to the recipient with the certificate amount and a number.
